When enabled, Rural & Agricultural options can be seen in property attributes - completing these options allows the information to be used in property details and uploaded to your company website

1. Access property attributes From the property record: In the Attributes panel, click the pencil icon The property attributes screen will be displayed	Image Modified
2. Rural & Agricultural options From the Attributes screen: Click Rural & Agricultural tab at the top Image Modified
3. Tenure Select the required Tenure option from the list	Image Modified
4. Annual Rent & Rent Per Acre Enter the Annual Rent Rent Per Acre and Yield value will auto-calculate based on the acreage entered on the Attributes tab and the price of the property	Image Modified
5. BPS Entitlement & Land Grade Enter the BPS Entitlement Select the Land Grade from the list	Image Modified
6. Acres/Hectares Select Acres or Hectares Enter relevant figures in the fields The Total Land* figure will already be entered where Acres/Hectares have already been added in the main Attributes tab*	Image Modified
7. Farming System / Land Use Click Farming System / Land Use and select the required options	Image Modified
8. Land Information Click Land Information and select the required options	Image Modified
9. Description fields The Desc* fields at the bottom of the screen are used for specific descriptions to be used in brochure templates or uploaded to your company website*
