When an appointment is unaccompaniedunaccompanied appointments are being shown in the diary, an option to show flag this on the diary screen is available
This option first needs to be enabled by each user
1. Enable option in diary settings From the main menu:

2. Unaccompanied appointment in diary When an unaccompanied appointment is fully visible in the diary, | |
an (UnAcc) flag can be seen at the end of the appointment details

3. When appointment details aren't fully visible When |
an unaccompanied appointment |
is not fully visible in the diary, the (UnAcc) flag can be seen when hovering over the appointment in the diary
