A configuration option is available to allow a default appointment duration to be set-up

This effects appointments created throughout AgencyCloud, but doesn't effect appointments created directly in the diary, i.e. clicking Diary from the main menu bar on

left

appointments created directly in the diary use a separate default duration, such as 30 minutes)

When creating an appointment in AgencyCloud, the default duration will be used for the appointment:

In this example the default duration is set to 25 minutes and the viewing appointment has been created from the property record
The default duration will also be used when creating an appointment from the applicant record or other places within AgencyCloud, such as the tenancy screen or the Organiser
(The default duration will not be used when creating an appointment directly in the diary)
Changing the start time will keep the duration of the appointment as 25 minutes
To change the duration for the appointment, the end time should be changed
