A configuration option is available which will prevent a supplier being added to a works order when they do not have a specific, valid certificate/accreditation in place.
This feature is limited to specific certificate types as set-up in configuration, e.g. public liability.
This configuration option needs to be enabled via Reapit Support - click here to to request this
1. Adding a supplier to a works order without a required/valid certificate

2. Adding/updating supplier certificates Supplier certificates/accreditations are set up in the supplier company record From the company record:

In addition to the above, configuration is also available so that the works order type will determine which certificates are checked For example, a gas safety accreditation would only be taken into consideration for a works order type of gas safety |
