1. Access fee split screen

From the property offers screen:

• In the Fee splits panel, double-click Add new

From the property offers screen: - In the Fee splits panel, click The new offers screen is currently on gradual roll-out and will be available to all AgencyCloud users soon!

2. Fee split screen

To allocate the split to an external contact or company:

• Select Individual - see step 3
  OR

• Select Company - see step 4

3. Allocate to external contact

• Select Individual (top of screen)
  

• Beside Individual, click Select
  Search for the required contact
  (or add new)
  

• Enter Fee
  Percentage will calculate automatically
  Or, enter Fee Percentage
  Fee will calculate automatically
  

• Click Accept to save

4. Allocate to external company

• Select Company (top of screen)
  

• Beside Company, click Select
  Search for the required company
  (or add new)
  

• Enter Fee
  Percentage will calculate automatically
  Or, enter Fee Percentage
  Fee will calculate automatically
  

• Click Accept to save

5. Fee splits displayed on offers screen

The saved fee splits are displayed on the offers screen

To edit:

• Double-click fee split

To delete:

• Select fee split

• Press delete on keyboard
