Extensions/Renewals Report

The Extensions/Renewals Report now uses the new UI format

From the main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals

  • Select Reporting and Analysis and click Extensions/Renewals Report

The name for this report is dependent on configuration
i.e. it will be termed as Extensions Report or Renewals Report

Select property area

The screen to select a property area now uses the new UI format

This screen is seen on the property screen when selecting a property’s property area via the property screen and also when selecting areas an applicant is looking to buy/rent in via the applicant requirements screen

From a property record or applicant requirements screen:

  • Click Select Area on the property screen
    Or, from the applicant requirements screen, in the Location panel, click Areas
