To enable this configuration option for applicant and/or vendor solicitor, contact Reapit Support


When this option is enabled and no solicitor information is added:

1. Change offer status

From the offer screen:

  • Select relevant offer

  • In Status, change to Accepted


2. Solicitor details required

As no solicitors have been added on this property record and configuration is set to require both Vendor Solicitor and Applicant Solicitor details, this message will be displayed

  • Click OK

  • Click Select beside the Vendor Solicitor and Applicant Solicitor fields to add the solicitor details
     
  • Repeat step 1
