1. Internal fee split Fee splits on Offers screen

From the Offers screen:

Click Buyer and Sales Details tab
Use the Internal fee Fee splits field to indicate where a fee is being divided across other offices

From AgencyCloud 12.143+, a fee split can be allocated to an external contact or company as well as internally
To view/add fee split detail, double-click an existing entry or click Add new

The Buyer and Sales Details tab of the offers screen is used to record the fee information, including internal fee splits

When a property exchanges, most of the information on the right of the screen is completed via the Exchange wizard

2. Fee Select fee split detailtype

As usual, the Office, Negotiator and Fee can be entered

Entering a Fee automatically calculates the Fee Percentage

Identify the split type as internal or external contact/company

External contact

Click Individual then click the select individual link to search for the required contact (or add new)

External company

Click Company then click the select company link to search for the required company (or add new)
