Book a valuation (or viewing) - example journey

1. Initiate request

On your website, a client can initiate a valuation (or viewing) request
Email address & postcode must be entered

2. Choose an appointment

Use the online diary to choose the desired date & time for your appointment
Live diary availability is displayed

3. Enter details

Enter contact details
Name & phone number must be entered

4. Appointment confirmation

An appointment confirmation message is displayed
Client can also be set-up to receive an email/SMS notification

5. Notification into branch

Book/request a valuation

1. Choose to book/request valuation

On company website:

Click Book a Valuation (or similar)

2. Enter basic detail

Specify whether the property is to sell or to let
Enter email address
This will be used to contact you to confirm the appointment
Enter the property postcode
This determines which office the valuation request goes to
Click Get Appointments

3. Choose appointment

Availability for the relevant office will be displayed

To allow a suitable lead time, AgencyCloud Online configuration determines when appointments are available from

The system also looks at which negotiators are available and how much time is allowed between appointments to determine available slots

4. Enter details

Complete the Enter details form
Click Request Appointment

All information entered is passed to AgencyCloud

5. Booking/request confirmation

Details of the booking/request are displayed on screen

This is also sent to the potential clients via email and SMS (text) message

Task
A task is created for the negotiator to inform of the online valuation request

Appointment in diary
A Market Appraisal appointment is automatically created

Where no matching contact record found, a new contact record is created
