This uses the referral postcodes ( already setup ) for each office and returns applicants (or property records) where the postcode is covered by existing referral postcodeswith matching postcodes that are registered in other offices

For example, if choosing to report on London, applicants with London postcodes* will be returned that are registered at other offices * providing their postcode falls into the London ‘refer from’ list in configuration |

4. Report results The report results are shown in grid All are sales applicants that are registered in another office (in this example: Oxford) that have a London office postcode (matching the ‘refer from’ list in configuration)
If a large amount of results are displayed, further criteria options can be added to narrow the results See next step

Other criteria to add Before running the report, further criteria options can be added to narrow the results returned One or more of these options could be used: Active - is true ensures only active applicants are returned Registered allows you to return recently registered applicants For sales applicant reporting: Selling Position - select options that indicate the applicant has a property to sell, as shown above This option relies on the Selling Position field being completed correctly on all applicant records For lettings applicant reporting: Renting Position - select Pending Own Sale This option relies on the Renting Position field being completed correctly on all applicant records
