AgencyCloud has an inbuilt tool giving access to Google Maps which allows you to select the exact location of the property - this then updates the latitude & longitude (lat/long) coordinates, stored on the property Marketing screen

1. Access Marketing screen

From property:

  • Click Marketing
    (middle/top panel)

2. Access Google Maps

Beside the Lat/Long coordinates:

  • Click Lookup/Change

3. Change map view

To see the exact property location, switch the view to Satellite or Street View

  • Click Map (top left)and switch the view to Satellite - see 3a 4a

    OR

  • Click and drag the yellow person icon (bottom right) over the property location to switch to Street View - see 3b

  • Click and drag the blue pin over the relevant property

  • Click Accept

Tip

The coordinates in the Lat/Long fields on the Marketing screen will be updated accordingly
