1. Access tenancy record

Individual bank accounts are set up through the tenancy record

From the tenancy, Details tab:

• Under the landlord name, click Accounts

2. Select/enter bank detailsClick any link to display

• Clicking Select Account displays bank accounts already entered on the landlord record

• Select - select an existing account or click Enter new account

• For example:

• In this example, payments will be split evenly between the two owners as they have 50/50 ownership, as set on the landlord record
