This page outlines how to set-up multiple bank accounts in order for landlord payments to be paid into separate bank accounts - when set-up, AgencyCloud will split payments between landlords based on their ownership percentage, as set in the landlord record

1. Access tenancy record

Individual bank accounts are set up through the tenancy record

From the tenancy, Details tab:

  • Under the landlord name, click Accounts

2. Select/enter bank details

  • Clicking Select Account displays bank accounts already entered on the landlord record - select an existing account or click Enter new account

When individual payments are set-up, AgencyCloud will split payments based on their ownership percentage, as set in the landlord record
