In Status, Image Removed

1. Change offer status

When this option is enabled and no solicitor information is added

From the offer screen:

  • Select relevant offer

  • Image Added

  • Click link beside Status and change to Accepted

2. Solicitor details required

As no solicitors have been added on this property record and configuration is set to require both Vendor Solicitor and Applicant Solicitor details, this message will be displayed

  • Click OK

  • Click From the panel bottom left, click Select beside the Vendor Solicitor and Applicant Solicitor fields to add the solicitor details
     

  • Repeat step 1
