1. Add deposit release agreed option to Organiser - Property Management panel

The deposit/bond release agreed option first needs to be added to the Property Management panel via Panel Setup

From Property Management panel:

• Hover over panel heading and click cog icon

  

• In Panel Setup, Pick categories to display section, scroll to bottom and tick Deposit/bond release agreed

• Click tick (top right) to save

  

2. View deposit/bond release information on Property Management panel

• The Deposit/bond release agreed option is added to the bottom of the Property Management panel
  

• After a deposit/bond has been initiated by the property manager and authorised by the client accounts team, details of authorised released deposits/bonds will be shown here - click the figure to view the tenancy details
