For clients with large databases, especially large volumes of archived data, they may find that searching from the main menu bar results in performance issues with their Reapit softwareAgencyCloud
To overcome this, a configuration option is available that switches off archive searching for applicants / properties / contacts from the main menu - archive searching will still be available, but only when a user chooses to do this
To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support
1. Searching for applicants/properties/contacts When using the main menu for searching for any/all of the above record types, no archive searching will be carried out
This means that archived records will not be shown in this menu
