How to use this feature

From a record that displays an Activity Feed, for example a property or applicant:

  • Diary entries will be displayed in the Activity Feed panel

  • Double-click the entry to display the diary appointment screen

Entries can be shown in order of appointment date or by date created (also set in configuration)
