Right-click over an entry and select Full Results to view a grid
Use the boxes on the left to deselect entries not required This updates the total count (top right)

When choosing another function, the de-selected entries will not be included In this example, if selecting Applicant preview display, only 16 properties will be shown (with the deselected properties not included in the preview function)
