Prior to AgencyCloud 12.166, selecting multiple offices or negotiators/users required the menu to be clicked and the office or negotiator/user selected, then the process repeated for each required office

This example shows

To select multiple negotiators/users

From Negotiator scope menu:

  • Click arrow to display drop-down menu, then use tick boxes on left to select each required negotiator/user

  • Hover over panel header and click cog to access panel setup

From Office scope menu:

  • Click arrow to display drop-down menu, then use tick boxes on left to select each required office
