1. Adding a commercial property

Add a new property, as usual

In the Relationships panel:

Assign your new property to it in the Relationships panel, the Main Office field

2. Commercial Attributes

In theFrom property Attributes panel:

Click the edit (pencil) icon

Set the appropriate property Attributes
Doing so enables a relevant internet feed and accurate matching

3. Dedicated commercial property information

In the property Attributes edit screen
(as shown abovein step 2):

A Commercial tab allows the recording of further information, exclusive to commercial properties

A bespoke Keywords list may also be available in the Attributes screen, this allows more detail to be added about the property which, in turn, allows more specific applicant matching
