If the applicant’s postcode is not within the selling area of your office, a vendor referral may be generated depending on the outcome of check 2, see next step

Whether a referral is made is dependent on the options chosen in the Applicant Status screen

A Selling Position set to any of the below will prevent a referral from being generated:

- Selling with us

- Renting

A Buying Position set to any of the below will prevent a referral from being generated:

- First time buyer

- Nothing to sell

A referral will be generated if no Selling Position or Buying Position is chosen
