Standard set-up

The company journal/activity feed content only shows works order and key information on properties you have access to - this results in works orders and key movements being removed from view for properties belonging to other offices within your business/franchise that are not part of your usual security group
This update has been implemented from AgencyCloud 12.163+

Configuration option

From AgencyCloud 12.168+, a configuration option is available which, when enabled, means that only the

journal/activity feed content

that has been carried out by the logged in user

will be shown on the company record
This is in accordance with other security settings that may restrict specific journal entries from being shown
