This article contains details of common issues you may encounter when issues that may be encountered using Lifetime Legal integrated with your Reapit software, including information on how to correct these issues.
1. Contact address is not set for applicant or vendor

3. Company's contact title is not set Company contacts can not be used for sending referrals, these result in this error being displayed

4. Reapit configuration issues These errors are both likely to be caused by missing or incorrect configuration of the Lifetime Legal integration in your Reapit AgencyCloud setup

5. More than two vendors or applicants Referrals attempted for property or applicant records with more than two contacts linked will not be submitted For referrals such as these, the system will offer to generate an e-mail to Lifetime Legal to process |
