Providing a mobile number has been entered onto the recipient contact details in your on Reapit software, you can send send text messages to individuals and groups, as outlined below.
Automated reminders and picture messaging functionality is also available ; - both require additional configuration via SMS Speedway, see later sections for information on functionality.

Automated reminders
When automated reminders are enabled (via SMS Speedway) and an appointment is booked and confirmed, a text is queued for the relevant parties and sent before the appointment. A message is not billed until it is sent.

When is an automated reminder sent? A reminder is sent once, in either a morning or afternoon timeslot - which pre-set timeslot is used is dependent on the appointment time and appointment type; a cut-off time is used to determine this.
