A Three configuration option is options are available which allows tenancy fee allocation/splits to be applied - this can be done by negotiator or office, as well as applying negotiator fixed feesThis configuration
One, two or all three of the following options can be made available:
negotiator split as a percentage
office split as a percentage
negotiator fixed commission
This functionality has been designed for use with the tenancy income report functionality, as outlined in more detail here: Tenancy income report - configuration option
