version 12.168+, a configuration option is available which, when enabled, means that only the journal/activity feed content that has been carried out by the logged in user will be shown on the company record This is in accordance with other security settings that may allow/restrict specific journal entries from being shown - for example, key movements in the activity feed for properties may be shown due to the user having security access to them and adding journal notes (even if the key movement wasn’t carried out by the logged in user) This configuration option is disabled by default, to request it to be enabled, click here to contact Reapit Support |
