While being publicised as part of the 12.172 173 release, this update has been implemented from version 12.167.5 onwards

Tip

To get full benefit from the tenancy income report, it is advised to also enable tenancy fee allocation/split functionality, which allows one or more of the following to be specified per tenancy:

  • Negotiator fee split as a percentage

  • Office fee split as a percentage

  • Negotiator fixed fee commission
