Full text searching is now on by default - this functionality changes the way searching is carried out to ensure that clients with large databases no longer experience long delays when searching records - testing database queries perform as efficiently as possible and reduce search times as a result
Testing of this feature has found that where a search could have taken 2 minutes to complete previously (mainly due to slow archive searching), the new search functionality can reduce the same search to around 1-2 seconds duration
