This page explains how to raise a good will credit for a landlord.

1. Access the Credit Notes screen on the landlord For the landlord who the good will credit is to be raised for, open the Landlord Details screen: - Right-click Payments and select Credit Note

2. Raise the good will credit From the Credit Notes screen:
- When prompted, select Nominal Account and if the credit is to include VAT
- Enter the amount to credit, tick the record and click Next

3. Finalise details of the good will credit From the Credit Notes screen: - Select a Type from drop down menu
- Enter a Description
This is used as the narrative on the landlord transaction screen and statement
- Click Finish to raise the credit

4. Review the good will credit on the landlord ledger From the Landlord Details screen: - Click Transactions
The good will credit will now be shown on the account
