Access Utilities & Additional Information tab

From property (sales or lettings):

  • In Attributes panel, click edit (pencil) icon

1. Some tick box options are now drop-down menus

From Rights & Restrictions and Flood & Erosion Risk panels (on right):

  • All highlighted options are now drop-down menus, rather than tick boxes

  • The menu allows the entry to be set to Yes or No
    Not set is the default setting for each entry in the list

2. Additional options added to comply with Zoopla updates

From Utilities panel:

  • In the Broadband drop-down menu, Cable can be selected

  • All highlighted utilities provide the ability to select Other in the drop-down menu
    Currently there is no requirement/facility to add what the Other selection refers to
