Some tick box options are now drop-down menus
Some entries that were previously set using a tick box to indicate a Yes or No answer, now use a drop-down menu option, which defaults to Not set
These changes have been made due to portals not being able to recognise an unticked box as a ‘no’ answer - the introduction of a drop-down menu allows this to be explicitly setAdditional options added to comply with Zoopla updates
The ability to set Broadband as Cable select Cable as a broadband option has been added, plus all utilities some utility options can now be set to Other
These changes have been made to ensure compatibility with the updates made by Zoopla to support how they present Material Information Parts B & C (Reapit is already compatible with Rightmove)
The changes made within the Utilities & Additional Information tab of property attributes is explained further below
