Your Reapit Key Contact needs to complete a request form

In order to progress with a request, the following information is required

The number of required user licenses
Which documents are required for use with Adobe Sign
Integration entitlement is the conversion of up to 5 existing letters within your Reapit software
Which approver types should be included for each document
A design brief for each document
This should show the placement of signatures, initials or other Adobe Sign fields required
Fields that are mandatory for completion when received by your approvers
These are fields which the approver has to complete/sign in order to submit a document via Adobe Sign
