To comply with Trading Standards guidance as to what information must be displayed online for property listings - from AgencyCloud version 12.165+, a sales property’s service charge review date can be added to AgencyCloud which will be displayed on properties uploaded to Zoopla

1. Access property attributes

From sales property:

  • In Attributes panel, click edit (pencil) icon

2. Add service charge review date

Service charge amount (per annum) and related notes can be added

From AgencyCloud version 12.165+, can also add:

  • Service Charge Review Date
    Entering the date automatically calculates the length of time from the current date to the review date and displays this to the right of the field

Tip

For the review date, the period of time (i.e. x months x days) is uploaded to Zoopla, rather than the date
