The Van Mildert Rightmove Referencing integration allows the ordering and tracking of tenant references within Reapit 

Note

This integration requires the Van Mildert Rightmove Referencing DLL to work

1. Access Tenancy Details

From property record:

Tip

At Arranging Tenancy stage, the prospective tenant will be displayed as an Applicant (1a)

When a tenancy is Current, they will be displayed a Tenant (1b)

  • Click the Applicant / Tenant link

Clicking

  • Click this link

will

  • to display the Tenancy screen for the arranging/current tenancy

2. Access applicant details (arranging tenancy)

When a tenancy is arranging, the reference check section is accessed via the applicant screen

From the tenancy, Details tab:

  • In the Main Tenant panel, click the name
    The applicant record will be displayed

  • In the Relationships panel, click the (plus) icon and select


  • References / Guarantors
    The references/guarantors screen will be displayed

3. Accessing tenant details (current tenancy)

When a tenancy is current, the reference check section is accessed via the tenant screen

From the tenancy, Details tab:

  • In the Main Tenant panel, click the name
    The tenant screen will be displayed

4. Ordering a reference check 

From the references/guarantors or tenant screen:

  • Click Reference Check

  • Select required option

  • and click Accept

Rightmove Referencing page will be opened where tenant details can be amended or added to

  • When all details have been entered, press the OK, Order button to submit the order
    Or choose to save for later

  • Click the Exit button to close the page
    The status of an order can be reviewed by clicking the Reference Check link again
