A configuration option is available which allows a different tax year start date to be set. This can be used in the situation where the landlord tax year start date is different to standard. 

Contact Reapit Support to set this up.


When set-up, this can be seen when running various reports, for example when running Tax Reports:

  • Right-clicking over Annual Tax Report (NRLY) gives options for which report to run

    In this example, a custom tax year start date has been set up (as 11/06 (dd/mm))
