1. Access the Credit Notes screen on the landlord

From the Landlord Details screen for For the landlord who the good will credit is to be raised for, open the Landlord Details screen:

• Right-click Payments and select Credit Note

2. Raise the good will credit

From the Credit Notes screen: 

• Click Filters and select Raise Good Will Credit
  
  
• When prompted, select Nominal Account and if the credit is to include VAT
  
  
• Enter the amount to credit, tick the record and click Next

3. Finalise details of the good will credit

From the Credit Notes screen: 

• Select a Type from drop down menu
  
  
• Enter a Description, this is used as the narrative on the landlord transaction screen and statement
  
  
• Click Finish to raise the credit

4. Review the good will credit on the landlord ledger

From the Landlord Details screen:

• Click Transactions 
  
  The good will credit will now be shown on the account
