The Power Organiser can be broken down to the layout itself, panels and then categories, with each layer having its own criteria. Below you'll find a breakdown of each component and what takes precedent.
On the RPS main menu, click Organiser (where applicable select Use Power Organiser):
1. Layout - When logging in for the first time, you will be presented with the Power Organiser set-up wizardscreens
- Layout options presented can be Sales, Lettings or both Sales and Lettings. You then select
- Select the office'(s) whose data that you would like need to see
- Layout can be changed following Following initial set-up via the cog towards top-right hand side of organiser, the layout can be changed by clicking Settings (cog icon - top right of the organiser screen)

2. Panels - A new panel can be added via the 'Layout' option towards the top-left hand side , click the Layout option (top left of the organiser screen)
- There are different panel types - breakdown of each can be found in image to the right type options, which are outlined on screen
- Panels have their own office criteria which - this takes precedent over the offices selected in the layout

3. Categories - Categories can be added to 'List' panelspanels with the type of List
- Criteria in category takes precedent over panel and layout
- The category criteria takes precedent over the criteria in both the panel and the layout
