An IRE / Reapit Bookings user should follow the instructions below in order to change their password

1. Change password from old/temporary password to new password

From main screen:

  • Click user name (bottom left)

  • Click Change Password

In the Account Information panel, enter
  • Enter the following:

    • Old/Temporary Password: enter your current password (or a temporary one issued to you)

    • New Password: enter your new password
      Use the advice on screen regarding password length & content

    • Confirm New Password: enter new password again

    • Click Change Password

Tip

You will now be directed to the login screen screen to login using your new password, see step 2

2. Log in using new password

The login screen will be displayed:

  • Enter your new Password and click Log In

3. Verify new password

You will now be required to verify the login

- follow the steps presentedComplete Two Step Authentication

:

  • A verification code is sent to your mobile

  • Enter the Verification Code received and click OK

A confirmation prompt is displayed to notify that a verification email has been sent to your inbox:

  • Click OK

4. Complete the password change and login authentication process

From email inbox:

  • Open email and click link titled click here

Tip

The password change and login authentication process is now complete and the system can be used as normal - the new password should now be used when logging in
