MyAgency is a web application (or app), allowing a user to log in & access real-time information about their property (as a vendor or landlord), their tenancy, their purchase or their property search

A user can interact with their agent via the app to carry out such tasks as request a price change, renew a tenancy, log an issue, upload documents, request a viewing… and more

The agent receives requests initiated via the app through emails and tasks in the Reapit desktop product

The app offers easy access to contact names/details for their agent - a range of shortcuts are also available providing contact methods in the app - by phone, email or SMS/text (where enabled)

Reapit Go is Reapit’s new mobile device application (available from 24/10/2024)

Reapit Go is designed to provide more flexibility, allowing you to use Reapit outside the office - it integrates with live data held on your Reapit CRM desktop product - any work carried out using the mobile app or desktop product is instantly available on both the app/desktop to all relevant users
