1. Run the Inspection Express custom report

From Reports on the main menu:

• Click Custom Reports and select Inspection Express
  
  This will import all inspections that are in a

• Finalised status in the Inspection Express system

2. Complete the associated diary appointments

Once the import has completed, the system will display the results

• Untick the Agent filter to display all results

If you wish to complete the associated diary appointments

:

• Click

• Select

• all then click

• Mark Completed

•

•  option will only become available once a selection is made

• When an inspection has been booked directly in Inspection Express and a diary appointment does not exist within Reapit - the system

• will  create and complete the corresponding Check In, Routine Inspection or Check Out appointment, based on the inspection type information that is downloaded from Inspection Express

• The report import and associated appointment housekeeping can be automated as a scheduled routine task. Reapit support can assist with this

• Reapit will only download inspections that are flagged as

• Finalised

•  in the Inspection Express app

• The report download can take up to 15 minutes to complete, in some cases where there is a large payload to download, it may even seem unresponsive
