Option to group:

  • Management fees
    This configuration option will show the total management fees charged on rent collected, instead of each individual payment; grouping the management fees will show a total fee in a single line on the landlord statement

  • Rent

  • This configuration option will display the total rent received towards that period and the balance outstanding, instead of the details of every partial allocation; grouping the rent payments will avoid  confusion with multiple lines on the landlord statement where rent has been allocated/paid in partial amounts
