Configuration options are available which affect how bank details are displayed on contact, landlord, tenancy & company/supplier records
This includes masking the account number except for the last 4 digits - this can be a useful security configuration option to implement for non-accounts staff, as it gives the ability to confirm with a client the account number stored, without needing to see the full account details -

Contact/landlord/tenant bank details
On contact, landlord and tenant records, bank detail configuration options are:
Show full bank details
Mask bank details
Mask bank details, except for the last 4 digits

Company/supplier bank details - new options from version 12.129+
On the Supplier details tab, configuration options are:
Show full bank details on the Supplier details tab
Show bank details on the Supplier details tab but masked except for the last 4 digits
Prevent users from clicking the Bank link to view supplier bank details
