1. Access Landlord Annual Income report option

From the Lettings menu:

• Click Reporting and Analysis and select Landlord Annual Income 
  

• Click through the options, as usual
  i.e. select tax year & income type to report on
  The option to create the report in HMRC ROPL-01 format is offered
  

• Select HMRC ROPL-01 format, click Accept

2. Save report

The Save As screen is displayed, allowing you to save the report locally, if required

3. Report generated

The report is generated and the option to view it is offered

• Click Yes

4. Report in Excel

The report is displayed in Microsoft Excel
