This article explains how to attach a file held in AgencyCloud Reapit to an Outlook email that is currently open

From the Letters screen or Document Management window:

  • Right-click over the file to attach

  • Hover over Attach to open e-mail

The

  • - the subject line(s) from all open emails will be displayed

  • Select the relevant email 

The

  • - the file will be attached to the selected email
