A contact alert should be used for important information - it is added on the contact record and displayed in the Activity Feed of any role record the contact is associated with (e.g. property, applicant, landlord, tenancy)
1. Create contact alert Open the contact record for the person you need to add an alert to From Activity Feed panel:

2. View contact alert

3. Alert displayed on other records The alert will also be shown on any other role that the contact has For example - if the contact is a vendor, the alert will be displayed on their property record too | |
4. Edit/clear alert From contact alert (on any record):
