The Letter Template Editor is an inbuilt tool to assist in managing new and existing letter templates for use in AgencyCloud Reapit - access to this application within a company is usually limited
Letter templates are created in Microsoft Word using mail merge fields - these fields instruct the template to take the required information from AgencyCloud from Reapit

1. Inserting a merge code After choosing whether to create a new template or edit an existing one, merge codes can be chosen in the Letter Template Editor toolbar From the toolbar |

If you need to pull through the accepted offer price for a sales property in your letter:
navigate to Property > Sales
click and drag Accepted Offer Price onto the letter template to the right
The Accepted Offer Price (including the formatting preferences) merge code is shown on the letter template
