Layout (set-up screens)

Change Organiser layout

When logging in to

your

Reapit

software

and/or the

Power

Organiser for the first time,

you will be presented with the set-up screens

These screens give layout options:

  • Choose the most appropriate layout that suits your use of Reapit (see 1a)

  • Choose the office(s) to include in the default layout chosen (see 1b)
    After initial set-up, the layout can be changed by clicking Settings

    a series of setup screens are displayed which allow you to choose the default layout type (sales/lettings/both) and which office(s) to display data for - if you wish to change these initial settings:

    • Click Settings button (top right of the Organiser screen) for options to change:

      • Default layout type - options are Sales only, Lettings only, Both Sales and Lettings

      • Display data from office(s) - select the office(s) whose data you

    2. Add/edit an Organiser panel

    A new panel can be added to the default layout:

    • Click

    the Layout option (top left of the organiser screen)
    • Layout button and select Add new panel

    • Different panel type options are shown and outlined

    • , select the required type

    (e.g. List)
    • and click Accept to add the new panel to the layout

    • The new panel is added to the Organiser - depending on your current layout, it may be added to the right of the screen as a button - click this button to view the panel

    • The panel is displayed, ready to be configured - the content of the panel and configuration required is dependent on the panel type chosen - the example below is a new List type panel

    • An existing panel can be edited via Panel Setup - to access this:

      • Hover over the panel header, click the settings (cog) icon

      • Make required changes then click tick icon on the panel header to save changes

    When a panel has its own office criteria - this criteria takes precedence over the offices selected when choosing the office(s) in the layout options, shown in

    Categories

    Organiser panel categories

    • In Panel header, give the panel a name

    • Click Pick Category to Display

    and choose to either

    Organiser initial setup screens

    When logging in to Reapit and/or the Organiser for the first time, you will be presented with the following:

    • Click Get Started

    • Choose the most appropriate layout that suits your use of Reapit

    These settings can be changed at any time via the Organiser Settings screen (button top right on the Organiser) - as outlined in step 1 at the top of this guide
