Configurable option for Enterprise customers |
Three configuration options are available which allows allow tenancy fee allocation/splits to be applied
One, two some or all three of the following options can be made available (depending on business requirements):
negotiator split as a percentage
office split as a percentage
negotiator fixed commission
...
1. Add Fee Split information From tenancy:

2. Negotiator Split The red text at the bottom of the panel indicates how much negotiator allocation remains From Negotiator Split panel:

3. Negotiator Fixed Commission From Negotiator Fixed Commission panel:

4. Office Split The red text at the bottom of the panel indicates how much office allocation remains From Office Split panel:

5. Edit fee amount/allocation When a fee amount/allocation has been added it can be edited - however, the selected negotiator/office cannot be changed, instead the fee amount/allocation entry should be removed and a new one added To edit a fee amount/allocation
To delete a fee amount/allocation

5. Activity feed When fee allocations are added, changed or deleted, a log is made in the tenancy Activity Feed |
