Configurable option for Enterprise customers

Three configuration options are available which allows allow tenancy fee allocation/splits to be applied

One, two some or all three of the following options can be made available (depending on business requirements):

  • negotiator split as a percentage

  • office split as a percentage

  • negotiator fixed commission

1. Add Fee Split information

From tenancy:

  • Click Fee Splits

  • The Fee Allocations screen is displayed, allowing one, two or three of the following to be set on the current tenancy

    • Negotiator Split (as a percentage)

    • Negotiator Fixed Commission

    • Office Split (as a percentage)

Tip

Options offered are depending on configuration

2. Negotiator Split

The red text at the bottom of the panel indicates how much negotiator allocation remains
The figure will not exceed 100% - if left less than 100%, this will be flagged in the Tenancy Income Report

From Negotiator Split panel:

  • Click (plus)

  • Select required Negotiator, enter the Split as a percentage value and click Accept to save

3. Negotiator Fixed Commission

From Negotiator Fixed Commission panel:

  • Click (plus)

  • Select required Negotiator, enter the fixed commission Amount and click Accept to save

4. Office Split

The red text at the bottom of the panel indicates how much office allocation remains

  • Click (plus)

  • Select required Office, enter the Split as a percentage value and click Accept to save

5. Edit fee amount/allocation

When a fee amount/allocation has been added it can be edited - however, the selected negotiator/office cannot be changed, instead the fee amount/allocation entry should be removed and a new one added

To edit a fee amount/allocation

  • Double-click the required fee amount/allocation, make changes and click Accept to save

To delete a fee amount/allocation

  • Select the required fee amount/allocation and press delete on your keyboard

5. Activity feed

When fee allocations are added, changed or deleted, a log is made in the tenancy Activity Feed
