1. Access property attributes

From the property record:

• In the Attributes panel, click the pencil icon
  
  The property attributes screen will be displayed

2. Rural & Agricultural options

From the Attributes screen:

• Click Rural & Agricultural tab at the top

• Image Added

3. Tenure

• Select the required Tenure option from the list

4. Annual Rent & Rent Per Acre

• Enter the Annual Rent
  
  Rent Per Acre and Yield value will auto-calculate based on the acreage entered on the Attributes tab and the price of the property

5. BPS Entitlement & Land Grade

• Enter the BPS Entitlement 
  

• Select the Land Grade from the list

6. Acres/Hectares

• Select Acres or Hectares 
  

• Enter relevant figures in the fields
  The Total Land figure will already be entered where Acres/Hectares have already been added in the main Attributes tab

7. Farming System / Land Use

• Click Farming System / Land Use and select the required options

8. Land Information

• Click Land Information and select the required options

9. Description fields

The Desc fields at the bottom of the screen are used for specific descriptions to be used in brochure templates or uploaded to your company website
