To comply with Trading Standards guidance as to what information must be displayed online for property listings - from AgencyCloud 12.165+, a sales property’s service charge review date can be added to AgencyCloud which will be displayed on properties uploaded to Zoopla

In order for this information to be uploaded to Zoopla, further updates will be required (current timescale to be confirmed)

1. Access property attributes

From sales property:

  • In Attributes panel, click edit (pencil) icon

2. Add service charge review date

Service charge amount (per annum) and related notes can be added

From AgencyCloud 12.165+, can

Can also add:

  • Service Charge Review Date
    Entering the date automatically calculates the length of time from the current date to the review date and displays this to the right of the field

For the review date, the period of time (i.e. x months x days) is uploaded to Zoopla, rather than the date
